Overview

Hisobim is a personal finance app. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and who we share it with. By using the app you agree to this policy. Data controller: Bekzod Erkinov (iBekzod).

What we collect

Account: your name, email, and (if you use Google Sign-In) your Google profile info. Financial records: the transactions, budgets, savings, debts and plans you enter. AI assistant content: the text you write, voice messages, receipt photos and files you attach. Technical: your device push token (for reminders), language and theme. We do not collect location, contacts or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

To run the app — to store and show your records and compute budgets and reports; so the AI assistant can respond and prepare financial advice; to send reminder notifications; to verify email and reset passwords. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

To run the app we use: Google Gemini — the text, voice, images and files you send to the AI assistant are transmitted to Google for processing; Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications; Google Sign-In — an optional sign-in method; Amazon SES — verification and password-reset emails; DigitalOcean — the server where data is stored. These services process data only for those purposes. There are NO advertising networks or analytics/tracking services.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on a private server located in Europe. Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access is protected by tokens. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data. Data is retained for as long as your account exists.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and ALL your data at any time: in the app via Profile → “Delete account”, or in a browser at hisobim.nextgenbeing.com/delete-account. Deletion is irreversible and permanently removes all your records (transactions, budget, savings, debts, plans, chat).

Children

Hisobim is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
